Systemic Antibacterial, Amphenicols, Florfenicol

For each 1 ml:
Florfenikol 100 mg/mL
Poultry: Treatment and prevention of colibacteriosis, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis,
staphylococcosis and other bacterial diseases, caused by florfenicol-sensitive
microorganisms.
Swine: Treatment and metaphylaxis of swine respiratory disease associated with Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae and Pasteurella multocida susceptible to florfenicol. The
presence of the disease in the herd should be est ablished before initiating metaphylaxis.
For in drinking water use.
Poultry: The recommended dose is 20 mg florfenicol/kg bw/day given for 3-5 consecutive days.
Chickens under: 4 weeks of age: 100 mL/100 L of water.
Chickens over: 4 weeks of age: 200 mL/100 L of water.
Swine: The recommended dose is 10 mg florfenicol/kg bw/day (corresponding to 10 mL of the product/100 kg b.w.) given for 5 consecutive days.
Meat and offal:
Poultry: 6 days.
Swine: 23 days.
