Treatment and metaphylaxis of gastrointestinal infections caused by non-invasive Escherichia coli susceptible to colistin.
The presence of the disease in the herd should be established before metaphylactic treatment.

To be administered orally.
Calves, lambs: 100 000 IU colistin/kg bw/day for 3-5 consecutive days i.e. 1 mL / 48 kg bw/day, for 3-5 days.
Poultry: 75 000 IU of colistin/kg bw/day for 3-5 consecutive days. i.e. 1,5 mL/100 kg bw/day, for 3-5 days

Meat and offal:
Poultry, calves, lambs: 1 day
Should not be sent to slaughter throughout the treatment.
The residue purification period for eggs is “0” days.
It should not be used in lactating cows.
